Yes. We offer a full professional packing service where our team supplies and packs everything, or a partial packing option for fragile and high-value items only. All materials — double-walled boxes, bubble wrap, tissue paper, mattress covers, wardrobe boxes, and tape — are provided. You can also purchase packing materials separately if you prefer to pack yourself. Packing add-ons are available on any removal booking.

We understand property chains can cause delays at the last moment. You can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 5 working days before your move date. Cancellations within 5 working days may incur a small administration fee. If your completion is delayed by your solicitor or estate agent, we will reschedule at no extra cost, subject to availability. We always try to be as flexible as possible around chain complications.

Yes. Every move is automatically covered by our Goods in Transit insurance (up to £50,000 per vehicle) and Public Liability insurance (up to £1,000,000) — both included at no extra charge. For particularly high-value items such as fine art, antiques, or specialist electronics, we recommend discussing additional specialist coverage, which we can arrange through our insurer prior to your move.

For Man with a Van jobs, we can often accommodate same-day or next-day requests subject to availability. For full house removals, we recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance, as Fridays and end-of-month dates fill up very quickly. Commercial moves and large office relocations benefit from 4–6 weeks of lead time to allow for proper planning. Items are loaded into individual containers, tagged, and tracked — so your possessions are accounted for at every point. Storage can be added to any removal booking at a competitive weekly rate.
